Your order will be processed immediately, but no later than the next working day after receipt. Delivery will take place within 1 - 3 working days (subject to product availability).

Shipping costs within Germany are €3.95 . Shipping is free for orders over €49 .

We deliver our products worldwide!

You will usually receive a shipping confirmation from us including a tracking link after your order has been handed over to the shipping service provider. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation or delivery of goods within 2 working days, please contact our customer service.

1. Please call us on 017662813226 and advise us of your return or make use of your right of withdrawal at hello@fetchnature.de. Please have your bank details ready for the later return transfer.

2. We will send you a parcel label (DHL) for postage-free return.

3. Stick the completed parcel label (DHL) that will be sent to you by email onto the parcel and drop the shipment off at your post office.

We ask you to return the goods, if possible, unopened and carefully packaged.

If you arrange for the return to be made without prior notice to FetchNature, you will be responsible for the direct cost of the return. If you return the goods to us freight collect, we will unfortunately have to offset the costs incurred against the credit amount.

Are you logged in? Voucher codes can sometimes only be redeemed if you are logged into your own customer account.

How much is the value of your goods? Check whether the voucher code requires a certain value of goods as a condition - it could be that you have not yet reached the minimum amount.

Did you enter the code correctly? Check that you have entered the voucher code exactly correctly. It can happen that you accidentally enter a space bar, which invalidates the code.

If you still have no luck redeeming your voucher code, we can send you another code. Please contact our customer service directly within the next few days and we will help you.

ATTENTION: Voucher codes cannot be refunded retroactively! If your code does not work, please do not simply submit your order, as we cannot subsequently credit you with the voucher.

Questions about FetchNature

No. Unfortunately, given the size of our company, we simply don't have the manpower needed to run a proper factory outlet or store. We don't have the staff or storage space to do it yet. That's why everything goes through our shipping company.

We have to inform you that we do not do any sponsorship activities. We receive several requests every day and we can no longer handle this volume. We are not a large corporation, but a small family-run business. We also do not give out free goods. However, we would be happy to make you an offer if you need larger quantities for an event or similar. In this case, please contact hello@fetchnature.de
